You would sit in 3-4 straight days of leadership meetings with your PR firm on how to manage this PR crisis. You are a publicly traded company that relies on subscriptions for revenue, and any time your subscriptions go down or miss projections, it results in a decline of your stock value. Furthermore, you're in the entertainment business and you're relying on largely liberal content creators to fill your library and keep people tuning in.
You'd sit there in the meetings trying to look and sound important while your PR people feed you all of the ideas. Ultimately you will decide to passively address the issue by making large corporate donations to trans rights advocacy groups and implementing additional sensitivity training programs for all of your employees.
