He might be good, but that NCAAT performance suggests - at least a little - his season was a flash in the pan and a regression to mean. Again his template is like Jabari Smith's, not somebody I'd necessarily pick that high, but there's time. I just doubt the Hornets' track record of developing young players.

How much of his being #2 overall pick can be attributed to the fact that he was placed in an ideal situation in college and that his performance thus far is merely a regression to the mean?
