It's not about her being a celebrity. Anyone who endangers their kids is ing stupid. If a common person was doing it and we knew about it (i.e. through pictures) then we'd say the same thing. People get in trouble (fined, arrested, etc) everyday for endangering their kids.

I really couldn't GAF about Britney Spears ... and the fact that she has to KFed would kill anything left after that. She's a dumbass who deserves to get in trouble for putting her child's life in danger...just like any other dumbass who does the same thing. Just because people are taking pictures of Britney's -ups and not everyone else's is irrelevant.
I saw some stupid driving around with 4 little toddlers jumping around in the back seat the other day. If it wasn't for fact that the toddlers were not in car seats or buckled up, I would have gladly run that off the road.
Last year after the Rodeo I saw a suburban down town with the "dad" driving and hte "mom' in the front seat with what looked ot be about a 6month old on her lap (feeding him a bottle of some dark dark liquid..... I'm guessing cocacola but i'm hoping it was grape pedialyte) to top that off they had a 2/3yr old boy standing on the bench seat bewteen them.thi was on the roads downtown @ 11pm. Not in parking lot. And evertime the dad hit the brakes the son fell onto the dash board.

Wearing a seatbelt and requiring children to be in the backseat restrained in safety seats also was not a law when many of us were growing up. Now it IS the law in most states because people like Britney Spears do not have any common sense and someone has to protect their children for them. And being a celebrity does not exempt you from obeying laws.
