You'd never get them. I'd make the trade in a second, with Fin starting at the 2. Imagine a better verison of the '99 team with an all-star point-guard. The only player who I wouldn't want to give up is Rob, because he's of no use to a team like the Wolves and because he's of great use to a le contender. Could you imagine Rob, KG, and Duncan on the floor together? No one would ever grab a defensive board against this team.

By the way, Kevin McHale didn't just trade Sam Cassell for Marko Jaric. He also gave up a future first round draft pick in the deal to acquire Jaric.

Someone's gotta make a top-10 list of McHale -ups. KG just doesn't deserve it.
Does those salaries also include the trade kickers for manu and barry? I'm sure there trade kickers would put them over that 200k.
It's not that I don't think McHale is dumb enough in the basketball sense to do something like this.
It's that even he'd have to realize he'd have to move to Siberia to hide from the TWolves fans.

This has as much a chance of happening as us finding someone to take Rasho for expiring contracts... oh wait.

A result of so many teams being active in the offseason and the Spurs being relatively quiet. I think that most are in agreement that we were lucky to unload Rasho's contract and that Nazr's time was up, but it appears that everyone thought that all the FA big men would be jumping through hoops (no pun intended) to play here. Once that hole is filled to most everyone's satisfaction, I think that things will calm down. (I'm sure that's wishful thinking on my part.)

KG and Tim are the best bigmen as of right now. Now, call me pessmistic, but I think the Spurs have a worse of a chance of this coming through than me making the NBA. Don't get me wrong, I'm a good at basketball, but I don't see the Wolves and Mchale commiting suicide by doing this.

Ok now if this went through who the would we have on the floor in the 4th with a close game. Everybodys already mentioned that KG disappears and Tony too and Tim is losing it...yada yada yada. I don't know if I would do this just because Manu has proven that he can win and aside from his costly mistake in game 7 he's pretty clutch.
