I hold nothing against them. To each their own. I used to smoke weed back in school and now I don't, so I can't really hold anything against them, plus, like I said earlier, weed is a of a lot less harmful then alcohol, and just as much fun if you ask me.
As for booze, I drink on weekends, not so much to get wasted, unless the mood strikes me right, which it usually does about twice a month. Does that make me pathetic, no. People that get drunk regularly are not pathetic either, some do it for fun in fact. The ones that have lost control and are having their lives ruined because of it have a disease and usually need help. Nothing pathetic about it, they have just made some bad decisions in their life, or have had things happen to them that were out of their control and need to get both feet on the ground again. I applaud the ones that do recover and I pity the ones that don't, but I sure as wouldn't ever call them pathetic because some of them are probably the greatest people on Earth and need the help from others rather then the criticism that some are so quick to give out.
