Yep, me too.

doesn't really matter. in terms of height/strength/lateral quickness, there's still very few guys in the league who can match up with timmy, and that number gets reduced to about zero when he plays like he did tonight.
Damn, Timmy is playing like in 2003 ; same moves, same agressiveness, same confidence (and results) when taking ouside shots....![]()

Against a doughnut team nonetheless, still a great run by TD so early this season -not a common tendency for him, and i believe the MVP buzz will start sooner than later for him too.
if he tanks tommarow, im expecting an uproar![]()
Yeah, same ol' schizophrenic Spurstalk. Too high or too low. Never a happy medium of contentment.
"same moves"
The spin move is really 2 moves now. He spins, stops to find out where he is, if he really spun around (maybe he close his eyes when he spins? blacks out temporarily from the centripetal G-force), and then starts his move to the basket. Last night he did spin move and when he stopped after the spin, oops, no ball.

He looks pretty good to me. Yesterday he scored on all kinds of moves, and with one defender on him, 2, 3, didn't matter he attacked the basket, the boards and overall the whole team seems more aggressive on thier rebounding. Elson and Oberto have shown a better capacity to play off TD and how the opposing team defends him. You gotta like that. I have never thought TD had lost a step, he was injured, he seems fine now, like his old dominant self.
Yup - and it sometimes looks like he is rushing those spins.
L:ast year he had good spins as well.
its such an obvious move that its in his scouting report and everyone shuffles feet to defend it.
I'm leaning towards YES.![]()
If he averages 3 blocks a game, that would be .5 more than anyone did last year... although he could do it, he almost pulled it off in 02-03... but that was when he was 26...
I don't think that is happening
Only thing holding him back are the FREE THROWS.
I don't believe Lebron will win MVP....I believe many of those voting felt Lebron disrepected the game by walking off the court before finishing the game. I do not believe Jordan ever did such, nor Timmy for that matter. I don't believe that is something an MVP does. Yet, I understand Lebron is young, so it's a little less unreasonable. I think that moment will stick in the minds of many, causing them to cast their vote otherwise. This prediction is of course if there isn't a runaway canidate.
I agree with all of those.... Number 4 is the REAL reason though....
You put a man that gets double-double's EVERY NIGHT on any other team and sometimes tripple-doubles and they get the MVP. Tim is too Ninja for that now. Makes Shinobi look like a ing ninja turtle.
