After reading the thread in the NBA forum, I thought it was going to be something really horrible. Now that I've seen it, it looks like a pretty standard ankle- ing, nothing more. Nothing that'll keep him out more than 10 games. Prob less.
Hill is desperate.
Mike Wilks is in the game![]()

BTW, did Seattle fans boo Dirk too when he twisted the ankle?
I know Spurs fans are silently rejoicing.![]()
dude, you are going to get coal for xmas.
im silently pissed that its not broken
when we stomp the mavs at full strength, thats when i'll rejoice.
So much for being silent about it.![]()
i was asking the same question. But it happened to Duncan (game 6 Spurs vs Sonics in 2005), in Seattle before... I am no longer surprised.
get well soon Dirk and be ready for face off with the Spurs in January. we'll avenge our loss the last time.![]()
If Dirk's out by next Thursday, then it will give Mavs fans an excuse if the Suns win... with the blizzard and Dirk's ankle - Suns just can't catch a break![]()
well said![]()
yes.
damn this better not ruin the game on the 5th.
It would be sad if a Dirk-less mavs beat y'all![]()
what would be sad is if SPURS stomp Mavs with or without dirk and still get crap for it........
ho hum.....a WIN is a WIN.......![]()
Nice to see Spur fans chalking up a win already.........
haha ... if we can lose to the ing bobcats, we can lose to a mavs team without dirk, terry, and howard. sometimes we just play uber ty.
I am sure you did. Hater.
Just find it ironic that Dirk went down before Tim did this year when all the Mavs fans talked about in the summer was how the Spurs are old, thus easy to suc b to injuries through the season.
Well, season is still early, and who knows?
Nah.. I'd only boo a rapist or a murderer.
Dirk's fine and I don't recall ALL the Mavs fans talking about how old the Spurs were and how that was a direct relationship to the injuries they might have, stop the petty for tat, nobody's going anywhere and the matchups will continue to be great fun.
Hopefully he'll be back by the 5th. Depending on how bad the sprain is, it could happen.
HAHAHAHA!!!

I thought it was on Rasheed's foot instead of Ben's.
