Statistically, females usually account for about 15% of all violent crime and 28% of all property crime. However, there has been about a 140% increase in the number of crimes committed by women since 1970, and the upward trend is steady.

Don't kid yourself. You ain't seen in your 18 years, apparently. True, women make up only 8% of all US serial killers, but American women make up 90% of female killers the world over. Think about that. You seem to have a very virginal outlook on how women behave themselves, which is cute but not very realistic. Not knocking on you or anything, just opening your eyes a bit.
