What did LJ do in the playoffs? Again, he can get all the in' yards in the world, but if I need one play, just one play where failure is not an option, there's 15 other backs i'll take before Larry Johnson. For all those Dynasty signs he throws up, he's never done it when his team really needs it.

What did Marc Bulger do in the playoffs? Oh yeah, he wasn't in them.

And Bulger never transcended his place as a system QB. Brady has.

And never did I say that the Patriots defense was worse than the Rams. I just said that the defense is old and slow, right? Or did you not even in read it? Where in the did I EVER say the Rams defense was better?

Learn to ing read. I post in other NFL forums so I rarely do it here, but don't go around in dissing my NFL knowlege right off the bat. I'll ing take this board over if you're gonna go talking that kind of . If you seriously think the Raiders didn't just give it up last season and not even put forth an effort, and now you're trying to convince me that Marc Bulger is a top QB? This NFL Forum is going to be so easy to take over if this is the weak ass that goes on.
When did I say he was a top qb in? All I said was that he was a really good qb, I didnt compare him to Brady or anyone, you did. Never said he was one of the best, so why dont you settle the down and learn how to read. And thats great you post in other forums, dont act like your some ing genius come in every once and a while to drop your knowledge on the state of the Rams. And take over the forum then with your vast knowledge, I dont give a , I only post in here to try and bring info to the few NFL fans that are here. But you dont know , and the other forums you post in must be a bunch of mislead fans like you with no knowledge of what the they are talking about. And you ask who likes Bulger that much? Not me, dont even really like him as a player, but I realize that he is damn good. Your arguments arent much better than a Spurdynasty argument. Dwight Howard is a fluke player because I said so=Marc Bulger sucks because I say so. I used to think you were pretty cool, but you got to get all pissy when someone disagrees with you, so it

LOL now you're just flip-flopping dude. first he's good, then you "don't even really like him as a player" then immediately after that he's "damn good"....so what the is it? is he good or not? i've given plenty of proof (mainly the ultimate truth - WINS) if you don't want to look at it reasonably then go ahead and take 4000 yards a year packaged with a measly 8 in' wins. good work. thank God you're not an NFL GM or you'd be job hunting on an annual basis.

When have I ever flip flopped? I said he was a great qb, and followed it up by saying he was really good, same to me. And if I dont like a player, it doesnt mean he isnt good. I cant stand Donovon McNabb, doesnt mean he sucks. Yea, great proof with your wins argument, guess Carson Palmer sucks too then. And I guess you'll never get it though your head that wins and losses isnt a direct correlation to how good a qb is, ask the Bears. I guess you would be a great gm though, with your Larry Johnson and Marc Bulger suck, you would go a long way

Oh yea, and the Raiders didnt tank, they were just god awfull, worst offense ever.

There's about 50 QB's in NFL history i'll take over Marino. The guy was a loser, plain and simple. Incredible talent, no doubt. But a total loser.

Rex Grossman has led his team to a Super Bowl...can't say the same for Marcy Marc. Put Grossman on the Rams and they don't make the playoffs....but oh yeah they didn't even make it with Bulger, did they?

And as a GM I'll make it alot farther getting hard-nosed gamers and guys with a knack for winning than you will with selfish pricks out for their own personal stats and ty system QB's.

eh don't worry about it, i'd rather post in forums where people don't even watch football like i've been accused here right off the bat.

but it's nice to see that your argument here was so weak that you ran out of material and resorted to third grade retorts. bang up job.

Wait, wait, wait. Did I hear you say Grossman led the Bears to the playoffs? The D led the Bears there, and Rex almost kept them from that.

You just like to ignore all the times when you constantly get called out for being wrong about things. 50 quarterbacks over Marino, right. Grossman is a good qb when he leads his team to the SB but Marinos not. I dont know why your surprised that Im arguing with you. I think most people would say that Marino, Bulger, Larry Johnson and Palmer are all good players. So you should have expected someone to argue with you. I wouldnt have thought your opinions were stupid if you had just stated some facts why you thought he sucked, but all you said was record is everything so I guess this argument is done. Have fun at posting at your other sites.

I'll bookmark this thread for when the Rams go 7-9 this year.

But I'm sure Marc Bulger will kick ass for your fantasy football team.

If only fantasy football was real football. Then maybe Larry Johnson would amount to something more meaningful than empty yards. BTW look for Larry Johnson to never run for 1000 yards ever again in his career. you heard it first from me.

sorry for using winning as a benchmark for success. next time i'll use something more meaningful like yards per attempt.

I'm sure Marino is very pleased with his AFC Championship ring. I guess Joe Namath was a ty QB to you? Who gives a that he won one of the most important Super Bowls in NFL History, his stats are ! He would have completely ed up my fantasy team!

OH MY GOD Warren Moon is the most badass QB like ever! Dude's got over 49,000 career passing yards! in' awesome!

    "What about Joe Montana?"

that asshole! Only 40,000 career passing yards. That guy ain't compared to Warren IN' Moon! Only a total idiot would take Joe Montana over Warren Moon! , that's almost as bad as those dumb s who think Troy Aikman was a better QB than Dan Fouts! in' stupid! Fouts has got 10,000 MORE passing yards than that piece of Aikman! Gimme Fouts over Aikman any in' day!

You just love to twist things that I say, ignoring things that make you look dumb and twisting things that I never said. I never said that Bulger was better than Peyton or Brady, you just like to twist things for your benifit. I really dont care, you can take Groosman over Buger and Palmer, I guess it just shows how much smarter you are than me.I never said I would take Fouts or Marino over Aikman, Im a Boys fan for s sake. My point on Marino is that you say that Rex leads his team to a SB so that makes him ok, but Marino does it and he sucks overated blah blah. Bottom line is that you obviously just dont know much about football if you think Larry Johnson yards were empty stats. They wouldnt even have gotten into the playoffs without his "empty yards". The Rams wouldnt have won 8 games without Bulgers "empty yards". And dont worry, Ill bump this thread myself occasionally so everyone can see some of the best future gm'ing skills in all of the footbal universe

Looks like the Rams are close to getting Kris Jenkins.

Talk of also drafting Karraker, a 4.3 40 Dlineman whos good against the run and improving on pass rush.

If that can be swung, the Rams will be back baby

Karraker is the . 6-6, about 300 pounds, 4.8 40. Guy can play all over the line and has enough speed to get to the qb. Word is the 9ers love him as well, so Im not sure if he will be there, but if not him, Okoye or Anderson or Branch will be there. All of them could help that d-line

They got Kennison and Sammie Parker, but other than that, they need some help. I wouldnt doubt them taking one with their late 1st or early 2nd. they also really need secondary help
