I saw it last night by chance, I was at the movies with my girl and we didn't know what the to see because charlie wilson's war was sold out and I heard that was good.
We just picked a random movie that was showing at that time, had no idea what it was about. We actually ran into a bunch of nerds that go to my school that went to see that movie again and they were in our theater reserving the back two rows for all the people they invited.
I thought the movie was different and it made it fun, I thought it was pretty good, just a weak ending I guess, but there's really no way to wrap up that movie. But it wasn't soo good to see it two times in a row.
pics of your girl?
wow, alvarez is growing up to be a handsome young man!![]()
Oh and about the movie. I liked it but I am also a big JJ Abrams fan. I'm glad I was told about the motion sickness though.. I get that fairly easily so I just looked down or closed my eyes when they were running like crazy.
Seems like there's going to be more to this movie... which would be nice.
I liked the overall plot... whomever mentioned "Signs" found the perfect analogy for this movie (minus the moving camera effect of course).
old news...![]()
But honestly the motion of the camera in the movie didn't affect me at all...i'm surprised with how many people got sick from it.
Man I almost passed out in some instances during that movie. My head was hurting into Saturday.![]()
He isn't that far off from you...![]()
You took the words right out of my mouth.
Cloverfield was awesome. I liked everything about it. It was way better than I expected. It creeped me the out. I can't remember the last time a movie actually scared me like this one. Definitely must be experienced in the theater.
This movie was freaking intense and I liked it a lot. The ending kind of sucked and left me wanting more (felt kind of short) but overall, it was pretty good. Had to get used to the shaky cam but it added further intensity to the whole movie. Seems like either love or hate type of movie.
And NorCal has been owned.![]()
not really, he just asked for pics...
I'm pretty sure he didn't expect you to post them.
Your chick is bangin', btw.![]()
Biggest waste of eight dollars I've ever spent.
Dude, Beth is so out of your league. She's so perfect, and you're just a good-looking young guy who happens to be the vice president of a company and has his own place in Central Park. I mean, dude.

I just got back from the theater. I rarely go see movies, but I am ona recent streak (I Am Legend, now Cloverfield in the past 5 years).
I ing love this movie.
Of course, I was the 5 year old kid who cried like a baby for days when Godzilla died in "Godzilla 1985" or whatever the name was.
Awesome flick to see in the theaters. The gamers out there wont get sick from the camera, but I can see why others would.
side note: there were 5 people in the theater. Five.
That was the only real "willing suspension of disbelief" moment I had.
hmm....interesting point.
I kept trying to headshot the monster.
