Honestly I enjoyed watching the Mavericks suck it hard for an entire decade in the 90's more than this. At least back then I didn't get my hopes up, I just accepted the fact that my team was a joke.

my favorite memories of this 2000-2008 Dallas Mavericks, who died so young and with so much potential, are these.
1. Coming back from down 2-0 to beat the Utah Jazz in their first playoff appearance since the 80's.
2. The Dirk "and 1" against the Spurs.
3. Avery smacking Josh in the balls during OT of game 7 against the Spurs.
4. Dirk dropping 50 on the Suns.
5. Shawn Bradley announcing his retirement.
