Man, trust it to a MAVS fan to rain in out the parade.
sorry, i wasn't trying to do that, the spurs played very well tonight and deserved the win, pistons had their chances and there was nothing off-keel with the officiating...i was just breaking down the game and wondering why elson finally had a great game

Pistons had open looks, just missed many shots...a lot of them went in and out too.

    I'll take. More so I'll take Elson's 18 rebounds.

I ask again, is this a record in the Post-Robinson Era that someone other than TD got 15+ rebounds. I can't rememebr the last time another Spur got 10 rebounds!
NBA.com player stats says Rasho has had 3 games with 15 rebounds, but not with which team

I hate these philosphical NBA commercials with the famous quotes and the weird gospel-like music. It just doesn't make sense for an NBA ad
The NBA is excelling with different promotional ideas.

Excellence is to do a common thing in an uncommon way.

Hopefully Elson follows up this performance better than Nazr did that performance.

It's cool. I don't know what got into Elson today...are the Pistons a poor rebounding team or something?

All I know is that it was beautiful to watch someone other than Duncan grab a rebound...and 18??

Spurs look like a completely different team out there when they have another rebounder. They were missing the same shots they've missed all season long, Parker+Manu+Duncan were still doing most of the work offensively, however, just having that one extra person come out and rebound and score a few points made a difference. I could care less about Elson's defense if he can give us double digit rebounding like this night in and night out...though I highly doubt it will happen.

Seems like it was only an off night for the pistons. HAHA.. That's my excuse.
I was a bit overconfident before the game. I thought the pistons would win because the spurs can't win b2b. ^^"
Anyways~ I will be back in March when the pistons play the spurs.

And just wondering: does Elson play well against other teams? Or just tonite against the pistons? Joe! Let's trade Nazr for Elson!

Pistons didn't lose because they missed some shots, Pistons lost because they let SA shoot 51%.

We're a middle of the road rebounding team this year, but greatly improved since Webber joined us.

In the last 7 games (all wins) we were a combined +38 rebounds.
