I've said it before, but if I were a black voter living in Atlanta and I saw this, it would only motivate me more to vote. I'd make sure I was registered and would crawl through shards of glass to cast a vote if I thought I was voting against someone trying to disenfranchise me. How do black voters not see this and blow a gasket?
