It's not Bru, dude has already signed and the coaches know where he is going, not a chance this is for him.
24/7 saying OL Isaiah Hoofkin is supposed to make a decision at 7 p.m. tomorrow night and Baylor is no longer a factor.
If it's hookfin, then I'm happy, but I still say I don't think he is going to be able to put on enough weight to be an effective offensive tackle. However I think he will be a heck of a blocking TE and if he can catch lookout.
I remember Tony Hills was a 5'star TE but got the drop knee and turned into a All American OT. I think Hookfin could be opposite. This of course is based on the assumption that he actually ran the 4.8 40 as was reported when he first come on the radar.
I remember back in the early 90's, the Houston Oilers would come to San Antonio for training camp. A friend of mine was picked up as a free agent and I came out a couple times to watch them practice. The first time I saw Mike Munchak and Bruce Matthews walking off the field and I thought those guys are pro bowl offensive linemen? They just didn't look very big to me, I'm pretty sure I had bigger biceps than both of them. Compare that to 2000 when I was at Fryes in Austin and ran into Leonard Davis, that dude blocked out the sun. He is by far the second biggest human I have ever seen, and only because I saw Andre the Giant in person once.
I really do believe losing out on Cain and Sanders will help us with Zach Evans next year. It sucks for the time being, but grab a grad transfer or a JUCO guy like last year and we'll be fine.
Texas crystal balls from Holland and Roach for 2020 OL Jake Majors of Prosper.

24/7 reporting ATH Bru McCoy and LB De'Gabriel Floyd were supposed to have a conversation today.
Is there still hope for Bru? I have already given up.
From Football Brainiacs -***UPDATE (Bru McCoy): We’ve been saying it’s unlikely for a while. It sounds like we can finally put this one to bed.
Did he break his leg?
Hookfin is in!!
You may be right but it does sting.
context please?
Coach Hand started following OL grad transfer Justin Murphy from UCLA.
He went to Belton and signed with Texas Tech in 2014.
24/7 claims he's definitely on the staff's radar.

24/7 saying another OL name to watch is Cam'Ron Johnson of Pearland Shadow Creek.
He recently de-committed from Colorado and won't be signing until February.
