but, but, but the game was called consistently! What a load of BS!

The Spurs were taken out of their game because they didn't know how to adjust their defense - no matter what they did, the refs called it against them. While they let the Celtics get away with just about everything but the EXTREMELY obvious fouls. When Tim Duncan has that few FTA - you know something's wrong!

The Spurs didn't lose because of officiating. They lost because of small ball.

Alls I wanna say is KG and TP didn't play, it was a poorly called game for both teams honestly with the Spurs getting the worst of it. Just a regular season game in a road trip.

I hope MM doesn't let this one hurt just signing is all.

Whatever Spurs will kick their ass on the next meeting. We always drop these games in regular season.

Just like how we got swept by the Cavs in regular season

Is the celtics record Vs the west

don't feel bad about losing to them in thr garden. They are going to be one of the favourites to win it all.

they are a great team even without KG

Celts still unbeaten against the West and have yet to get blown out. They are holding the fort down while KG heals up. I love what I am seeing!
interested to see how the C's do in there road trip through the SW divison in March...@DAL @SA @NOH. Hopefully all the teams will be a full strength will Mavs having Harris, Spurs having Parker, C's with KG...Both mavs/c's spurs/c's games have been without key players

    3 starters totalled 10 pts,
only one bench player got 10 pts,
    no Spur got 20 pts.

    .... when you shoot 40% FG%

16-0 was also the Patriots record at the end of the regular season and we all know what happened to them. F Boston. Beat us in a game where the refs actually call your team for the fouls they're committing, and then you can talk.

A loss is a loss, no matter how you see it. They (Spurs) blew a descent lead with POOR POOR POOR 3pt shooting once again. Lay off the 3's and you just might give your team a chance to win.

The score of this game was identical to the Mavs @ Celtics game last week until the C's made those last 2 free throws. Odd.
Free throws for this game: 34-13 in favor of the Celtics.

Free throws for your pathetic little squad: Mavs 28 C's 29.

But good luck with the game comparisons. Too bad you won't even make the conference finals this year. Pray you don't play the Lakers in the 2nd round.

But the referees had no hand in the game.

    None what so ever.

    the trolls.
Seriously, call David Stern and let him know that the "Foul Totals Must Be Equal" rule has been violated. He must be informed!

    http://www.nba.com/games/20070614/SASCLE/boxscore.html

SAS: 34 FTA, CLE: 16 FTA

Hopefully the Cavs will call in the same complaint on that one too. 34 to 16? There must be something fishy going on! We'll get to the bottom of this.

I don't know why there was no Bruce on the last few minutes. Or why Pop insisted on small ball. Good game entertainment wise, but sucked in terms of officiating. You just can't have Duncan taking only 2 FTs when he spends so much time on that lane.

I still love the way the Spurs competed. They were gassed in the end, but they put up a good fight and stuck with it even with the bad calls.

Now I gotta get back to sleep.

That Finley 3 Attempt at the end was a poor decision (by the team's MO not Fin's fault)..It was risky. It would have been sweet if it went in, but we just were down 3 with a minute left. That's when we were supposed to start attacking the basket.

Then they got the rebound and made it a two possession game and then they tried to start chucking even more.

and Finley's other three came a little too late
