Who cares? We just won 4 in a row and it's just a regular season game with neither team at full strength. It's Bruce vs. Ray.
Game starts in eight and a half hours. Hopefully the Spurs are awake and ready to handle the energy the Celtics will bring.
Five wins in a row?
Believe.

Spurs will halt the Celtics' 1 game "winning streak" over the Spurs.
Here's to another 10 years of ownage with KG as part of the C's.
I'll probably sleep through the first half but Go Spurs Go!
If the Spurs win a noon game without Parker you know they're back into form. I don't see it happening yet, but if this were late March or April that would be different.
Boston is 15-0 against the West this year, so SA can break through and get first win for the dominant conference.
I'm all over the place with this game.
It's early, the Spurs are known for not playing well in early games. It's on national TV, which for whatever reason doesn't always bode well for us. Parker's out.
But Garnett's out. The Spurs have a nice shift in momentum going with a 4 game win streak. They're riding out the rest of the RRT which has traditionally been the beginning of the push for them.
And then there's Duncan. He has owned Boston his entire career, no matter who's in the green uniform. I expect him to come out strong and rule underneath. He's been playing well of late, I have no reason to expect anything less.
It's going to be a fun one no matter what. Both teams have something to play for. I hope the Spurs want it more.
Each team is missing a very Big One of its Big Three.
Let's call it evenly handicapped.
Close enough to ASB, on the team-building RRT, for this to be Statement Game.
Tim needs to play through his dislike of afternoon games. Celts beat Tim @ATT last season for the first time ever. It's time for some nasty payback. I wanna see lots of green blood on the floor.
Every Spur needs to come out awake and playing hard, no deep first-half hole to overcome, esp no more zero first halves from Manu.
I know Duncan hates the early games, but is it just him? Does the rest of the team not care or do they all dislike the early starts?
Just curious.![]()
I don't know but he needs to get over it and kick some Celtic ass today![]()
I just want to see a first half where the spurs play like they want the win now. I hope both teams have good energy and play hard. i also hope my hangover goes away.
Could this be a preview of what the playoffs may bring? I presume of course that both Spurs and Celtics will be in the playoffs. After last year's WC 8th seed knocking out the _allas ponies, anything can happen. I anticipate this to be a very good game, with a win going to our boys in silver and black...just squeeking past the Celtics with a FG.
Just an FYI...ABC is doing their "Sunday Countdown" 30 minute pregame show starting in 2 minutes.
"The dynasty of today against the most decorated franchise."
-ABC's intro.
Looks like they will do a quick pregame right at noon, and the game will probably start around 12:20.
Pregame on now.
How much does Bill Walton get paid for his in studio "analysis?"
Church is a good thing.
Can you tape what you'll miss?
Pregame show so far is, of course, Shaq, Shaq, and more Shaq.
It's preempting the pregame show. Same thing is happening to me.
I mean I'm getting church on ABC instead of the pregame show, but it is a good thing... if I actually went.
Oh.![]()
Hope the game isn't delayed for you.
Lovin your new sig JT!![]()
