3. Vanessa flashes the $4 million ring bought to shut her up, and tells the fiance how a pre-nup would make sure she never got one.
4. Fiance walks.
5. Gasol s the bed.
6. Bryant s the bed.
7. Phil is off to Montana before the snow melts.

Pau came to a crossroads. He could have dwelled on his breakup and blamed everybody but himself, including his teammates, or, he could have shrugged it off and focused on basketball, and posted huge numbers for all the haters to suck on.

Looks like he chose the former.
