Spider Solitaire: 4 suit difficulty
Hard as to beat: 8/10
I didn't youtube it but I did look up a trophy guide and got some idea of what all can happen. And yes, I shot first too.
Spider Solitaire: 4 suit difficulty
Hard as to beat: 8/10
Devil May Cry 8/10 - annoying 'tude and story, but great combat and level design.
Downloaded and installed Deus Ex Human Revolution and will play it after the game. Any one played it? Is it good?
Sonic Dash 8/10
Pretty fun and addicting.
I give it a 8.5/10. Great game, great story great cyberpunk feel.
Remember Me was fairly enjoyable... 7/10?
Tomb Raider 2013
One word: WOW.
I am a graphics , and love any game that will push my PC to it's limits. This game def does that. I will seriously sit there and stare into the distance mindlessly wasting time as wind blows through Lara's TressFX physics hair, waves crash against a graveyard of boats and planes, and lightning strikes through the clouds dozens of miles away.
The gunplay/cover mechanics have been improved, and the setting is awesome. The set pieces are well designed, and I have actually jumped a few times because of well placed enemy attacks. I am hoping to see more variety in the levels as the game progresses, as usually Tomb Raider games have different locations across the globe to explore, and this one seems limited to one island off the Japanese coast.
9/10 so far.
Alan Wake 7/10
got it on a steam sale, was skeptical, not really a fan of the supernatural horror genre, let alone one that's about the writer of said stories writing while inside his own book (more or less)![]()
but at least it was a game built around some kind of story, so I gave it a shot, and it turned out to be quite enjoyable, and surprisingly immersive despite the story undercutting itself and destroying any chance of suspension of disbelief
would love a game very similar to Alan Wake but with a much more believable story/antagonist, Bright Falls was great, the gameplay was great, the characters, the atmosphere, pacing...
Simon's Quest: 10/10 Love the music
My fave of those tbh
Games I've played since New Years
COD: Black Ops II - 5/10
BioShock Infinite - 10/10
Tomb Raider - 9/10
Remember Me - 8/10
Injustice: Gods Among Us - 7/10
The Last of Us - 7/10
Bout to play Dead Space 2 & 3 and The Amazing Spider-Man. Little late the the party on those but I've heard good things.
Saints Row the Third - 8/10. A fine game in every right but suffers by comparison to SR2 in a few respects.
Sleeping Dogs 8.5/10 for me. I finished the story, got all the collectibles and I'm at 99 % completion with 20 + hrs of game time. These types of games (open world games)... they just get me hook, line and sinker. This game, SR3, Just Cause 2... I've never been a completionist until these ing games.Anyway I love everything about the game, from the storyline to the combat. Hong Kong is just incredibly beautiful in the game and I just found myself getting lost on purpose to see what this world had to offer.
Vanquish - 8/10
Enjoyable mechanics and gameplay. Story was pretty Japanese cliche but didn't really detract from the game. Probably not much replay value though.
The Walking Dead - 6/10
No replay value for me and the performance on the PS3 was buggy. Not sure if just this version or all. I just thought the story was OK but not nearly GOTY material everyone else seemed to.
Last of Us - 9/10
Loved the story, loved the voice acting, and the setting. The gameplay was standard 3rd person but I did feel it actually worked better than the Uncharted series. Great game.
I'm currently playing Portal 2 and Saints Row the Third. Really enjoying both. I know I'm way late to the portal bandwagon.
I started playing Dark, and it didn't quite do it for me...
Next up is Deadpool when I have some time...
Rogue Legacy - 9/10. Great old school 2D side scroller reminiscent of Castlevania/Metroid with a rogue-like twist.
The Last of Us - 10/10. This game is great. Great voice acting, presentation, story, etc. The gameplay is pretty average, but it fits the story so well. I had trouble at first fumbling through switching weapons, it just didn't feel natural/easy. But with further gameplay, I found that this may have been by design. It made the combat that much more stressful. And in a good way. If you want a challenge, play with the listening mode off. But the story is where it shines.
Fun game, but best to rent or borrow.
7.5/10
The Last of Us 10/10
Gameplay is super gratifying and the story is better than most movies. A lot of attention to detail. Some of the best written characters of all time, imho
I would break my tv trying to get past winter and on through the end of the game without listening mode on.
Deadpool 2/10... just terrible
Lol, I enjoyed Deadpool. Maybe its the weed, I dunno.
