Houston's also the strip club capital of the free world. I'm guessing that's also a pretty big factor.
    An excellent point.

two bigs that might be interesting to look at could be earl clark with the lakers and andray blatche.

I understand blatche has issues but he might really succeed in our offense. he has a good 15-18 foot jumper. he also brings good length, athleticism, and size to the PF position.

earl clark is a 6'10" athletic 4. he can also stretch out to the 3point line, making bonner expendable. but clark also bring great length and athleticism. clark can play the the quicker 4's while giving us and edge with his size too.

also as for the 3 spot i believe that davis bertans is coming over to be the backup 3 to KL. and at 6'10" he brings good size and length. and has a great outside shot to really thrive in our system. he can also slide to the 4 and play smaller stretch 4's.
here are his highlights this last year in euro leauge

another guy to keep an eye on is adam hanga. the spurs brought him in last to work him out and sent him back to europe to work on some things like his shot. he shot 35% from 3 this last year. which is a good improvement. he is a 6'6" long athletic 2. something we need.

Howard would be a good fit.......IF IF IF he wants to be coached.

To say Howard wont come here because it is a small market is just wrong - he is considering Houston for gods sake!
Dwight Howard seems unpredictable and that may be why he could very likely choose San Antonio to repair his reputation while getting a championship. He may be tired of the media bashing him and prefer to come to San Antonio because the media only come here when we are in the Finals lol.

None. We have never interested an all-star caliber player to come here as a free agent. They don't like small market teams. Besides, if the premise is that the Spurs are too old and need re-tooling I don't see a player with current all-star talent wanting to come here just to stop the slide. Where is the incentive?

OJ ing Mayo. Can handle The rock & create For himself as well as others. AND he's The prototypical Spur. Evident as he was moved To 6th man with The Grizzlies and uttered not A sound.

This FO just doesn't help Duncan.
The Spurs surround Duncan with good players, but I agree with you that the Spurs should try to bring in other superstars to help Duncan.
