Holy he's like Gerald Green
The real question here is, is this the nail in the coffin for De Colo?
Holy he's like Gerald Green
This guy is a legit NBA player and he's athletic, at least I hope he still is. That can't be said for most of our guards. I like the signing. Still hoping for a forward though.
Should be. He's garbage.
Pretty sure you are being sarcastic. But I actually think he can be a solid player for someone, he has crazy athleticism and is a capable scorer which you cant teach. Put him in the right environment to help him get his together and he might end up being a solid player...look at Gerald Green for example. At the very least its a better gamble than putting 'high IQ' scrubs like DeColo out there tbh.
Out of a tree? What are you implying? lol
Brown's already the second most athletic player on the team after Kawhi.
also, good heads up to OP for the timing on this thread. gotta get up pretty early in he morning to beat ace.
bet this one ends up clicking. i've got a good feeling about it.
he could take over the backup 1, move mills to the neal/2guard spot where he just has to worry about scoring, trade cojo and nando for help at the backup 3.
or he could be the neal/2 guard scorer and let mills focus on improving at the 1. that would help a declining ginobili to not impact us so badly.
Thats actually not even a good compilation now that I watch it. This ones better imo, even his blocks are ridiculous:
my god dude.. really? i don't even...
Yeah I could see him sticking in SA. But only if he's over himself.
Pretty sure he'll be a 2. Asking him to be a PG would be idiotic.
spurs have a green and a brown on the team now...
they should trade for arron gray and bring michael redd back from retirement haha
If one has to be worried about this signing, it's De Colo.
Seems good but I'll say again why was this guy not wanted on any nba team and looking to get in on 10 day contracts? Injury maybe?
a scoring punch at the 2 wouldn't help counter a declining ginobili who might not be able to consistently stay healthy? it's a good backup plan if ginobili is missing time, cmon.
true, good call

Shootaround's been done for an hour, and the Spurs coaching staff is still out on the court getting Brown up to speed.
We're still going to be missing Ginobili and Green for a few weeks still. They're our best two SGs.
Spurs sign a decent SG to a 10 day deal as a stopgap 'til their real SGs get back so we don't have to keep using our even smaller/worse PGs at SG half the game. . .and this is somehow a bad move?
Spurstalk for you.
Neither one is getting replaced for Brown.
Everytime I think of this guy it's damn this dude looks like Chris brown and that cheap shot on Manu last season.
?#4-2 on highlights was ridiculous mane forgot about him he got some bounce.
Brown to play on a 10 day is big to for spurs
