    http://hoopshype.com/rumors/r/5J73/v...eal-in-the-nba

Victor Claver's camp is now gauging interest in the services of the Spanish forward around the NBA in case the Denver Nuggets end up waiving him, HoopsHype has learned."The priority would be to find a new NBA deal even if it has to be a 10-day contract," one source told HoopsHype. "That would not be a problem, especially considering it may be too late for a deal in the Euroleague at this point."

The Robinson story goes like this. Look at this list...http://basketball.realgm.com/nba/tea.../Draft-History

How many names do you recognize, from recent history? How many of those recognized names do you imagine in a Kings jersey?

If there's any team that hates the players they draft, more than the spurs, which is pretty hard to do. it's Sacramento.

It's funny to see that his bbiq is so bad, its even affected what team he chooses to play for. Not saying I wanted him but to pick a dog like the Nets is pretty ing dumb when there are better teams calling.

One of the oddest choices I can remember. Not a contender, didn't have money nor playing time to offer. Just sort of a waste of everyone's time.

Yep, he never was going to SA. Their name is thrown in every single FA's wish list or interested in but you and I know how it goes. Nothing going to happen here so yes the buyout thread is a good one to have in the NBA forum but for the Spurs nobody is going to get picked up. Spurs have what they have and they will roll with that.

We are not getting anyone so it doesn't matter anyways. Didn't they sign Reggie Williams for the rest of the year? That is who they are going with IMO..

I think people underrate the geographic aspect. Being able to play in NY is a major appeal to a lot of guys. Also, he'll get a decent amount of playing time there. What other 4s does Brooklyn have? Thad Young...who else? They got rid of KG. Teletovic is out for the season. He'll see far more playing time there than he would've gotten here, that's for sure. He wouldn't be starting for any team, but in Brooklyn he'll at least be the one of the first bigs off the bench.

All very good points, some need to quit questioning why he went there and read what you said and it makes sense. He never was going to go to SA, his personal choice and he obviously had a reason for going to BK. Maybe he likes the city?

Mal Thomas just got released by Philly. He had some sort of knee surgery earlier this year, they released him, and then re-signed him, so I guess the knee must be sound. If it is, I'd cut Reggie in a heartbeat, and eat that 400K or whatever.

Not surprised ST liked him since all you have to be to meet their criteria, is be European. Dude is absolute . Can't create, can't defend, doesn't have a true position..

Spurs better not mess around and talk to this guy.
so he's a taller tony parker this season?

Mcgee is going to be all over the NBA before his time is done. He had talent as well, too bad the wrong at ude and work ethic.

Will def be interesting to see what can pop do with a talent like mcgee. I think he could save his career, similar to what Riles and Spo did with Whiteside.
