It happened in Detroit not Baltimore, my mistake.
One of the detectives apparently drew a sketch of the crime scene but claimed that the teen drew it, part of the reason why he was convicted in the first place. 15 year old kids sentenced to 37-90 years for a crime he did not commit.
How could it be consensual? A 4-year old barely has a functioning brain, regardless of how bright and how much of an early bloomer they are.
