In this life, you're either blunt and honest, or a fool suc bing to the slowly-dying-but-still-quite-pesky liberal PC fascist culture.
Alot of this is true to a certain extent. Even though I wouldn't put it quite like that lol.
In this life, you're either blunt and honest, or a fool suc bing to the slowly-dying-but-still-quite-pesky liberal PC fascist culture.
A lot of this is true but to be honest did you ever try to reach out to them and befriend them or get to know them while you worked with them?
That's pretty hard when you have to cover your nose when you're within 10 feet of them.
You can say they are close minded but you are equally as bad since you didn't even try to socialize with them. You can't have it both ways and complain that they don't want to socialize with Americans when in fact you refused to do that with them.
I would have common decency to be clean if I visited/worked in their country, now? Don't act like it's the same thing in reverse. There's a saying, when in Rome, do as the Romans do, ever heard of that? That's the global standard for common courtesy and decency as a guest in another peoples' home country. Obviously the curry-and-armpit smelling s haven't.
Again whether they are clean or dirty in you eyes you still refused to socialize with them. I'm not saying go out to the mall or park randomly to meet them but what I'm saying is you didn't have common courtesy to know your work colleagues. At every job I have worked at I have always made sure to talk to everybody in the workplace regardless of race. A simple o or small talk goes along way when it comes to work place relations. That's the bottom line you had no intention of ever getting to know them but you whine about how they don't want to socialize with Americans.
It's their fault for never learning proper English and adopting American culture and custom if they're going to live IN AMERICA. Else, get out of my great country and go back to your cholera infested sewer.
Again you are proving my point which is you are close minded. I find it hard to believe that all of them speak poor English considering I have worked with quite of few of them at my job. They have the accents but I can understand them. Do you honestly expect them to sound like a white american when they weren't even born here? I give them credit for at least learning the language. It's time to admit that you are a racist and you just hate them which is perfectly fine but lets stop playing this stupid game where you whine and complain about them not assimilating when in fact you have no desire to socialize with them.
i think you just said you were replaced by sub-humans.
Sensitive racist crying that Indians stole his job. Seriously I have no problems with you being a racist but I think it's funny that you get offended by the le when in reality this board is filled with white racists, black racists, Asian racist. The only problem I have is when people like you can't admit to it. It's more pathetic considering your iden y is anonymous on this board so there should be no issue with just coming out an admitting to being a racist.
My wife is a very dark skinned Black Jamaican women, we live together and make love without a condom every other day...
Inja Injuns are the ing s of the earth... enough monsoons already for that hole, time to kill it with fiyah
Isn't Trump going to make it all better and get you your job back![]()
Hopefully... he needs to do away with the H-1 visa corporate job eligibility that takes away SKILLED American jobs... direct immigrants who don't have citizenship and aren't 100% fluent in English should ONLY be eligible for the minimum wage and similar jobs.
You don't have to be born in the US to become a citizen. You were saying that Indians from India don't speak proper English but many Indians who are now American citizens speak just fine.
You are aware how long it takes for Indians to become citizens right? Generally 15+ years to become a citizen. Even some of the Indian guys that are citizens don't speak great and tend to have an accent. Alot of slang is still lost on them.
As I said of course their is exceptions to the rule, but most Indians who come over to the US speak poor English with a fairly thick accent even after being here for a long time. A phrase alot of people use for Indians when they speak is they sound marbley. Because it sounds like they have a bunch of marbles in their mouth. Most of them are fine speaking short phrases. When they start speaking multiple sentences in a row though the words start merging together and they become pretty tough to understand. Alot of them dont articulate their words properly which again makes them difficult to understand.
Maybe if the American developers were skilled enough and not ty like you Mason they wouldn't need to export in foreign workers. Before you try to say you got laid off because they are cheaper etc. Bull lol. No company is firing a good, young, American Java developer. It isn't happening. There is alot of people that would be let go before you if they are looking to save cost.

Not understanding slang isn't equal to not speaking English for anyone except the person who has to speak slang. In technical circles technical terminology is used and I interface with Indo-Americans almost daily who came to the US and are now citizens. Knowing who my audience is, I tend to stay away from slang while talking. If some feel they can't do that or don't want to, they aren't going very far unless they are already wealthy and can act as they see fit.
Regardless of the slang that doesn't address the fact that most of them speak poor english with a rough accent. The point is if you are an American and good at your job you don't need to worry about Indians taking your jobs. They have alot of jobs in tech because there just isn't very many good American developers. The good American developers go a long way though and the sky is the limit for them, especially if they actually have people skills.
I got hired for Java but I ing suck at Java. I'm excellent at databases (with SQL) and data analytics/data mining, but they couldn't find a team for that for me in 3 months. I got laid off because I had been there for ~6 months and they hadn't found a fit for me in one of their project teams doing what I want to do.
So you do suck. "They couldn't find a fit for me" = I suck
