Why do you have to insult Steve Kerr like that?
yeah, not sure about the comparison. Kerr was IIRC a legit 6'4" and was a passable backup PG who was historically automatic and clutch, both inside and beyond the line and at the FT line. A necessary piece for any championship caliber team. Totally bailed out Parker in '03 against Dallas in game 6 (along with Capt. Jack). Forbes hasn't showed the cojones to do any of that, much less hold a guy like Kerr's jock as a backup PG. Remove Kerr's historic shooting and he becomes Jacque Vaughn, who was still miles ahead of what Forbes is today (as a reliable keep the offense moving backup PG who can finish a layup at the rim).
I don't get the obsession with hating on Forbes... He gets paid about 1/3 of the mid level exception-- i.e, nothing in the modern day NBA-- and is maybe the 10th guy in the depth chart. Ridiculous expectations coming from fans... Off the top of your head: Can you name the 10th guy in the depth chart for the '94 Rockets, the '96 Bulls, the '05 Pistons?

This site is toxic, why do these assholes watch the games. They hate Forbes, Pop, White, Gasol. Go pick another team. 21 years of playoffs and people complain. Kings, Grizzlies, Pacers all small market teams that would kill to have half the success. SA does not attract free agents no young player in their prime wants to play in a boring town. We need be happy Austin doesn’t have a NBA team
For me I don’t “hate” any of those players. I don’t want Pau, Patty and Forbes to play much because it limits the potential of the team. Other players should be getting the minutes because I believe they make the team better. I don’t like the team being held back. If you contribute the most to success then you should play (or whatever this situation applies to in the world). That’s just my opinion. I’ll express how I dislike them playing but I definitely won’t bash them into the ground. That’s just me tho. I know they are people on here who are more aggressive with their takes.
It’s all good you have your opinion. It’s frustrating watching people who say they love the Spurs think we have Lebron or another Kawhi in the wings. We should make the playoffs but we might not. A some point a rebuild comes for all teams and a SA rebuild will be ugly we have to hit in the draft multiple times.
