The problem is that the wall is ineffective. It’s not like we didn’t already know we had a motivated and well funded opponent and that the onus was going to be on monitoring and enforcement. The response back then was ‘well, let them build it then we’ll see’. Now we’re seeing. we’ve spent a boatload of money in what was predictably an inefficient barrier.
