His game is smooth man, when you see him in person. Got a really nice touch from mid and 3. Has skills to develop an inside game. I told the board he could have dropped 50 in that Austin Spurs game the other day. Big upside.
I think the offseason and camp are going to be huge for him. Right now his offensive game is pretty limited to pick and roll and put backs. I definitely would like to see some more aggressiveness under the basket on these offensive rebounds. Go up hard and draw the foul.

On PnR, he leaves the pick too early fairly consistently. Once he can improve on those screens I think he is going to free up a lot more on the offensive end for him and his teammates.

I think both issues are just a matter of training and development, and he is the right program for it. He isn’t behind where Jak was at this point in his career, and Bassey has significantly higher range and skill to his offensive game.

And, dude is a BEAST on the boards. I really believe he can develop into a 14 & 12 guy, maybe even be a top rebounder in the league one day.

This has been my observation on Bassey for a while now. Barlow has the same problem with leaving the pick too early for the roll opportunity. The man they are picking doesn't get picked and their defender can stay with them. They may just be trying to avoid the contact on the pick part of the play, but if they are going to play with the big boys, they have to take the contact.

Looks like his new deal is quite rewarding for 2022-23:

    - 2.5m 22-23
    - 2.5m 23-24
    - 2.6m 24-25
    - 2.6m 25-26

    last two years team option

I say this with an unblemished record of staunch heterosexuality: At making a gay joke in '23, as if there's anything wrong with that . . . and another for your instead of you're.
making an I ed your wife joke and coming in on the tail end with grammar smack in 2023. Good to see you didn't lose your ability to be a hypocrite after all the years of walking around here fingering your own asshole in front of everyone.

I'm probably the biggest Teeds defender on this site, but I do miss prime Benefactor. Makes me feel old though. Speaking of nostalgia, anyone heard from Mel recently?

I knew you'd come with that, at thinking the former is equivalent and the latter I only pointed out because it wasn't typo related; it was your specialty: dumb, inbred hick.

    Ah, so you're the one . . . I knew such a thing existed.

He’s played in SA since that Austin injury, so that’s not it. He’s not playing because his contract was converted to a full NBA contract. I believe you have to be on a gleague contract or a two way to play in next up.
