    Yeah these kinda threads make me wanna come back and check the forums a lot lol.

    I know they're phony like but it's nice to think of Kg+Td+Tp tearing everyone apart even though manu would be missed

    Losing Manu would suck but if we had KG and Tim together we would be unstoppable.

    KG has proven that he is not THE GUY, taking his team as far as the WCFs only once, and missing the last two post seasons. THE GUY doesn't do that. That being said, he may be one of the best second fiddles in NBA history. He's that NBA rarity: a defensive beast that has a nice well rounded offensive game. He's a durability beast, too. His fewest games played, ever, was this past season at 76, and they deactivated him for the last 6 games after they were eliminated.

    What I would love to see: Avery Johnson's head explode trying to figure out how to hide Dirk on defense against two seven footers that Dirk has no hope of even staying in front of and still play small ball.

    If this trade were possible the Spurs would do it in a heart beat. Manu is loved but he has maybe 3-4 good years left with his aggressive style

    I can see Manu torching us the few times he would play us. Yes it would be nice to have KG but I don't think we should mess up the chemistry we have. Manu can be replaced, but can they bring the same kind of energy and the will to win games that he does that helps us be a successful team. Also I would miss the guy. It would be nice to have a big though so I'm really torn. Anyways, I don't think it will work out.
