Telling me I -- or anyone else -- has unequivocally stated Saddam Hussein was behind 9/11 is quite different. No one, to my knowledge, has said that. There simply isn't enough information for it to be known with the certainty required to say, "Saddam Hussein was behind 9/11." Much less, that he was even involved.
