LOL. Chargers will never win a ring so that Trophey Case will be empty for quite some time.

    Heres another picture of Tom:

Any list, even from Scouts, Inc., that has Rod Smith and Jericho Cotchery over Roy Williams is bunk.
Dude, I'll admit the list has some flaws, but the point is their wide outs are suspect at best, and this dude is such a homer he refuses to admit it. He's like the Spurs fans who are saying the 90s Bulls would have no chance against the 07 Spurs.

Not even close to a reason.
    1. headbutt after a stop on 3rd down, auto 1st down
    2. fumbled ball on routine punt return catch
    3. ball fumbled after would be game ending interception.

It will be fun to watch this game on Sunday. I expect to see this same matchup in the playoffs.
Their wide outs had 4 catches for 85 yards in that game.

Thanks for the stats, let's look at them.

Using your reasoning, we can also then conclude the Patriots receiving core sucks. Brady had 51 attempts and only ac ulated 280 yards, compared to Rivers 32 attempts and 230 yards. Quite a bit more passing done by New England, and not very many more yards. Suspect receiving core?

Another reason your reasoning is flawed.........when you have Tomlinson and Gates as key components of your receiving game, other receivers will not be thrown to as much, which leads to less yards.

If you want to look at individual game stats the answer me this: Reche Caldwell has a wonderful game vs. the Chargers scoring a huge touchdown and averaging 11.4 yards per catch, plus......he has big eyes and can see the ball better than the average receiver. Why was Caldwell cut from the team then? Why will he be on his third team in three years? His stats in the game show you good of a receiver he is.

The Pats receiving core did suck, that's why they spent tons of money to get new players. Never said it didn't. The whole point is you've got a very good team but you're such a homer you refuse to admit it has any weaknesses at all. Their receivers are spotty at best. Would it kill you to admit this?

If I admitted that I'd be lying.
I really feel Vincent Jackson will be a very solid #1, and I don't seem to be the only one.http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/mu.../content.3.html
Malcolm Floyd will surprise a lot of people as well. Craig Davis could also be a classic AJ Smith steal. Parker is a very good possession receiver. I don't assume you watch the Chargers as much as I do, so I don't expect you to know as much as I do or be as confident as I am. You remind me of the people last year that laughed at me when I predicted Phillip Rivers to be a stud.

No one likes to count the 1964 AFL Championship either.
That's almost as good as credit for ABA or USFL les.
