Yeah. When you play a non-contender (Mavs) one night and a contender the next night (Spurs), you save your best for the contender, which is the Spurs.

Well the Pistons did get the lead down to 5 at halftime. But the Mavs just shot the ball very well tonight and played great defense in the 2nd half. I don't think they mailed it in at all. The Mavs just played better tonight.

The Mavs just took care of business and beat a team they were supposed to beat. Detroit tried to come out and shoot some shots but the Mavs awesome defense made sure they didn't get some lucky bounces, no surprises there. When a non contender (Detroit) gets their asses handed to them by a real contender (Boston), of course they will play scared the next time they face a real contender (Dallas), not some fake fluke contender like the Spurs.

SpursDynasty is good for some laughs. Some of the the he says makes me laugh so hard my eyes water. Is it possible to hate someone so much that you actually start to like them?
They sucked real bad. And, the Mavs shot the ball well.
I'm still surprised so many people keep responding to SpursDynasty.
Anyways the game was close at some point, but you're not going to win when you let the mavs shoot 56%.
Pistons defense was not very good at all especially from the starters. And once Dirk and Stack and Devin Harris in the second half got into their rhythm, they started hitting the tough shots as well. Bad performance by the Pistons. That's how it goes.

By percentage points. They're currently tied for the division lead.
Mailed it in, played like crap, didn't care. We have a little streak going in the opposite direction after the nice 11-game run beating scrub teams, with Boston and maybe the Raps being the only good teams.
When are you folks going to realize that SpursDynasty is doing a bit? There is nothing you can say that will counter any of his ridiculous arguments because he's saying that solely to be ridiculous.
I think most folks realize that. People play along because it's fun.

I know it's easy to believe that because of how stupid he sounds, but SpursDynasty is very serious about everything that he says. I guess you weren't around when he got his feelings hurt and said he was never going to post here again. He left for a few weeks to go to a different board. People don't get their feelings hurt when they are saying stuff they don't mean to make jokes.

yes we did beat them last year in DET but you must remember the Pistons had no Chauncey Billups in the lineup.....
I think the preseason game back in Oct. pretty much sums up how tonight will go.... Dal won 122-94

Dallas got all the calls.
The Spurs, Hornets, Lakers and Celtics all shoot more 3 pointers than the Mavs.
Not to mention the Warriors and the Suns.
