Here’s another one: why would a privileged do ent seized during the raid lose privilege if no raid ever occurred?
I’m not dancing around anything and you posted a tweet. I asked you a question and you’re too scared to answer/have to hide behind a tweet.
Do you think the question of privilege came up when the judge was presented with a warrant? Or did they all just miss that?

For Our BS crew...
The FBI-conducted raid of Mr Cohen's property isn't a garden-variety search, either. Because Mr Cohen is the president's personal attorney, federal investigators had to comply with extra safeguards to avoid infringing on a client's right to confidential legal counsel.
Top-level Justice Department officials had to approve of the move, and extra personnel were involved in the process to ensure that "privileged" communications between Mr Cohen and his clients, including Mr Trump, were not disclosed to the investigatory team.
Cohen theoretically will have to prove he was acting as an attorney and not as a business partner or friend for the attorney client privilege to stick.
The Bill Mitc (whoever the that is) tweet was just ripped to shreds. The FBI has procedures in place to protect actual attorney-client privilege in raids such as this. Bill must have only been watching Fox News today because it was well reported elsewhere.
Thats kind of vague, whats a crime? OJ did it and nothing happened, Clinton lied under oath, is that a crime?
There are trillions of crimes that could be resolved in seconds by grabbing attorneys by their balls and doing some body cavity searches.
This is the POTUS and after 1 year and a half of nothing they need to go after his attorney like that? sounds desperate.
Next time they could use a lie detector and case closed...
If they went to the Chimp like that during his term, oh god.
You can't definitely say they have nothing because they aren't disclosing anything publicly. The judge that cleared it clearly felt differently. And just from public reporting we know his attorney has been doing some shady dealings like the $130K he reportedly got from a bank to pay off Stormy Daniels (possible bank fraud for not truthfully reporting what the money was to be used for and also possible campaign finance violation if he wasn't reimbursed by Trump [Trump said he didn't reimburse him]).
Bill Mitc is a former nobody who amassed a Twitter following on the strength of Russian bots and liberals who thought he was a funny parody account personifying the dumbest Trump supporters. He has no expertise on anything. Anyone who takes him seriously is an idiot.
Of course I can, if they need to do this after a year and a half, and after they said they have nothing on Trump yet and that was last week.
Liberal judges will sign anything as long is about Trump because justice is subjective to those slugs, just like ¨reps¨ like McCain do lame stuff and now is Obozo´s best friend.
You say those 130k dealings are shady? She agreed the money and Trump maybe ed her like 11 years ago and he is a billionaire, do you think it could be hard for him to get that kind of money? thats insulting.
And then the 150k donation to his campaign, and what was the Clinton foundation getting 25 million the same way? by the same guy???
Liberals do anything no matter what, as long it fits their agenda.
Disclosure in case of a crime, tort, or fraud
The crime-fraud exception can render the privilege moot when communications between an attorney and client are themselves used to further a crime, tort, or fraud. In Clark v. United States, the US Supreme Court stated that "A client who consults an attorney for advice that will serve him in the commission of a fraud will have no help from the law. He must let the truth be told." The crime-fraud exception also does require that the crime or fraud discussed between client and attorney be carried out to be triggered. US Courts have not yet conclusively ruled how little knowledge an attorney can have of the underlying crime or fraud before the privilege detaches and the attorney's communications or requisite testimony become admissible.
As I said before, whats the crime now? getting 150k from a Russian guy that gave the Clintons 25 million smiles?
Some liberal judge can sign whatever he wants to make a raid on anyone without giving reasons, it happens here too.
But when you do that to the president it shouldnt be about a porn star or that stupid amount of money.
Every country has holes in their systems, but this could not be more one sided, reaching third world proportions.
We don't really know what this is about yet, tbh... so jumping to conclusions is just that.
On it's face, it's rare you'll investigate a person's attorney unless you had some sort of probable cause a crime has been committed. We don't know yet that it has however, so it's about waiting for indictments, if any.
Frankly, I don't get the fit about liberals, tbh, the main investigator was selected by the Trump administration...
Trump and his lawyer will have ample time to defend themselves, if they're even indicted, which is not a sure thing either.
You can select anyone, and that person can betray you, there is a lot of money power and promises in that dirty world.
Nothing will happen, but this is a way to try to the elections with smoke and mirrors, will they succeed? no one knows but it is a dirty tactic and media plays a big role.
If he is so close with the Trump team, why not investigate the 25 million donation from that Ukraine guy who lives in Russia and is such good friend with Putin? Why not investigate the other ¨Pay to Play¨ donations from people that kills and torture gays and lesbians? Uranium one and how she was teaming with Russians? Bill Clinton got 500k from a speech in Moscow, who the is going to play that money to an out of touch ex-president that finished his term like a jerk off?
Why not investigate all of that, and of course Trump just to please everyone?
It's fun when dumb people try to play dumb.
So, if I understood correctly, Trump is a ing idiot for commenting at all on this situation. I wonder how the "Traditional Family Values" camp will spin him cheating on his (gold digger) wife.
Yeah, like those who think they are ¨smart and elitist¨ by asking 300 questions to others, while evading the fact or subject of discussion.
It will be ignored. The family values/religious right folks already showed their true colors during "grab 'em by the pussy." They sold their soul long ago for the sake of the elephant.
Dude, you keep playing jump to conclusions, while nobody yet knows what or who else is being investigated. CNN and Fox do it all the time too, but at least they make a buck out of ignorant people, so that makes sense. Don't be a sucker.
As long as Trash gives allows them to implement their hateful Christian Sharia (abortion, LGBT, "religious freedom" to hate and persecute), they don't care what else he does or is, nor about his ethics, morals, church-going, praying.
If in any way he impinges on their power and wealth, they'll abandon him.
Clinton was impeached so.... We got another lying fornicator with shady business dealings who hides his tax returns.
I wonder why Trump is not getting the same treatment if not worse. Actually Clinton should have suffered a bit more for his treatment of women. So far it appears that Trump has been a perfect gentleman with his ladies. Oops, my bad, there is still another line of women with accusations.
