They should burn down the AFA and Grondona
Typical CONEMBOL, it's no business for the CONMEBOL to have Uruguay oust ARG tbh
yeah, I'm gonna go do groceries... I need to GTFO
Uruguay is always difficult to beat. Unflappable solid defense, plays with heart from the start to the end, talented players in the mix too.
They are nearer Brazil and Argentina then to the rest of CONMEBOL teams.
Now it's only fitting that Brazil wins this in Argentina... just take a complete turd on Argieland

I can't wait to read how they're going to blame Messi for this , tbh
In all honesty, Argentina had more ball posession. This means a lot to this team and the country. We were tied with same victories (still on cups) draws and accomplishments at all levels and though this keeps it that way, makes our small country to give back to the big brother some of the grief they produce us. I'm sorry for Messi, he's a stud.
Felicitaciones. Hoy nos ganaron con la camiseta.
Messi will be fine. He's far from the problem.
At least we beat Costa Rica 3-0...![]()
Thanks for the props, Argentina won't win again until Grondona is gone for good tbh...
I don't know... Uruguay played just the way Bilardo would play on the road... solid D, counter attack... at some point the tiki-taka BS became popular, but we don't know how to play like that
Can someone tell me who from UY scored?
A good start would be to get a competent coach, tbh
On the game, El Ruso... on the penalties: Forlan, Suarez, Gargano, Scotti, Caceres
I called it.... the whole Arg defense is terrible....... and don't have a coach.
Penalty Kicks
Messi goal / Forlán goal
Burdisso goal / Suárez goal
Tevez saved / Scotti goal
Pastore goal / Gargano goal
Higuaín goal / Cáceres goal
From page 1:
Fist page as well.
BTW, Messi scoreless again... that's all people are going to remember, tbh
