It's like this every year...offensive droughts. WHY? Other teams don't have this problem consistently...

When it comes down to it, these guys are paid to put a ing ball in a ing hole.

And it's not the defense that's stopping that right now.

Spurs need to start earning their gottamn paychecks.

Yesterday and tonight we had 2 big great defensive players inside. That's the reason
    No , Captain Obvious.

That's no reason not to attack the paint. You're trying to tell me that just because the other team has a good defensive centre we have to rely on the jumpshot? GTFOH!

There are ways to get the centre out of position - cutters, movement in general. Run the cutters through, get the guy out of position, drive it down his throat. That's what we usually do, and we thrive on it. our success is largely based around Manu and TP finishing around the rim against anyone and everyone. Not right now though.

manu is looking like trash. I haven't really seen him do anything manu-like since the first or second game since his return.

spurs are still missing another piece, not sure what the heck it is, but they are missing something...should still be a pretty solid team though.

And the problem - NOTHING IN THE PAINT!

the jumpshot, we have to force it inside and play inside-out, or we will lose for certain.

Why the are we relying on jumpshooting?
Because Poop told his team to shoot jumpshots and he told Tim to just shoot the ball because Tim is fragile.

These idiot Spurs are now hesitating to shoot the 3. Nothing is working so you might as well jack up 3s. Losers

I don't get how a couple of off games in December mean they should miss the Playoffs. The Spurs are known to play their best ball after the RRT. Why should this year be any different? Now is the time to go through the kinks, have off nights, give into exhaustion on back-to-backs.

This team has always pulled it together when it matters. I have no doubt that they'll be a different team in the Spring. Believe.

Why? Timmy isn't a great defensive centre?

We are just playing like is all.

The problem....we saw these same scoring droughts throughout last season and guess what....they were STILL there in the playoffs.

The Spurs only have 80 games to constantly work on getting to the Lakers/Celtics level. If they aren't improving and ADDRESSING these problems now they will NOT BE READY.

ONE season to integrate Mason and Hill SMOOTHLY into INTENSE play. That is not easy and they cannot afford to slack off any game.

this is in funny-im way over getting upset about this game. They didn't come to play , period. If it was me id put Hill in and mason and just let em go to work on offense. Hill only played 13 mins. last night-he needs more time , wtf.

Orlando is a good team and its only 20 points coming off a back to back.

    No need to overreact.

Get back to reality, Orlando has become much better since the year before. To add on, they were battling injuries to their backcourt for the past few games.

There's no cutter movement and no crisp passing. They are all trying to force it. Get back to the fundamentals and play some motion offence.

On D, put in some effort for sake. Most of Orlando's lead is from open 3pt shooters, which is an absolute no-no in our system.

I hope Pop gives these guys a blast at half time because they deserve it.
