come on Dex start a winning streak like benefactor's and enigma's!![]()
Gonna try my luck at this.
San Antonio Spurs @ Orlando Magic
12-18-08
7:00PM Central Time
TNT
After a disappointing hiccup in a fourth quarter which saw the New Orleans Hornets finish on a 23-8 run, the Spurs don't have much time to dwell on their last loss. Less than 20 hours after the final buzzer sounded in the Big Easy, San Antonio is set to play against a surging Orlando Magic team which sits atop the Southeast Division at 19-6.
Dwight Howard has made every indication that his knee will be ready to play, and Hedo Turkoglu has been an assassin on the court recently. The Spurs will need to get their collective psyches together quick if they hope for a bounce-back victory in Florida.

I was going to start this one - lol. But in the process of selecting refresh, there it was!
Time to recover from last night. Let go Spurs.![]()
I'm glad we're playing an easy team tonight. After losing last night, this easy W tonight will get us back on track. There isn't anyone on the Magic of All-Star quality. Just take care of business, put the ball in the hoop. Easy W.
Howard's playing.
Gameday: Spurs vs. Magic
By Joe Alexander
The Spurs will try to bounce back in the second game of a back-to-back when they take on the Magic tonight in Orlando. (6 p.m. San Antonio time)
The Spurs had won six straight before running out of offense in the fourth quarter and falling to the Hornets 90-83 on Wednesday night in New Orleans.
This is the first meeting of the season between the Spurs and Magic. They play again Jan. 11 at the AT&T Center.
Last season the Spurs beat the Magic 128-110 at the AT&T Center. Tony Parker led the Spurs with 32 points and nine assists and Manu Ginobili came off the bench and scored 27 points. Dwight Howard had 34 for the Magic.
The Spurs also beat the Magic 107-97 in Orlando. Manu Ginobili led the Spurs with 28 points off the bench and Michael Finley had 24. Dwight Howard had 24 points and 21 rebounds.
Here's the latest on Dwight Howard:
Kyle Hightower, Orlando Sentinel
Magic center Dwight Howard is expected to suit up tonight against the Spurs. Howard has missed the past two games with a sore left knee.

Hey 228! BTW, if I don't see you again before the festive season, Merry Christmas! You are a bright spot around here and I really appreciate your contribution.
Game starting in 1/2 an hour?
I'm glad Howard is playing - my fantasy team misses his blocks and boards and points and shooting %.![]()
Thanks Ruff. Happy Holidays to you too.
Game starts in just over 2 hours, 8:00 EST.
Thanks. See you in two hours then.
3's will be raining tonight
hopefully from the spurs
I don't know much, but I know either the Spurs or the Magic will win this game.
Bonner will bounce back with a double-double (maybe).
John Madden, is that you?![]()
Shhh... keep it on the low down.
Great test for the Spurs since Dwight Howard is back. The Magic have one of the strongest starting frontcourt in the league with Lewis, Dwight and Turk. They have dead eye shooters all over the floor too. Jameer Nelson has been playing excellent lately. This is not the Orlando Magic of a year ago or two years ago.
The thing about playing the Magic is that they have not ONE, but TWO long 3 type guys in Hedo & Rashard Lewis which sucks ass for us defending them kinda. But I can see the Spurs pulling this out, I hope lol.
Spurs will bounce back tonight - they will be very pissed off about yesterday.
They will certainly go inside more often - this team can't win consistently unless it drives the ball.
I'm still happy with 21-1 about us winning the championship. Anyone else want that bet, go here:

, I'm tempted to have a little side-bet on NO at 17-1...
What are we in Vegas? I'm searching but keep getting crappy sites that only display today's games.
Goooooooooood night everybody.....
Donīt Worry spurs win by 10. Easy Victory....
Go Spurs Go
Believe Believe just Believe
Always fun to hear Barkley yell Ginobili.
Time for some vindication Spurs. Make things right for last night's debacle.
That look on Chucks face when the shoes where flying at him was priceless.
They had some cool stories too if anyone didnt hear them here's one Chuck said...
he went to say hi to Kareem for the first time ever, Kareem was reading a book in the corner. chuck walks up and says "Hi, Mr. Jabaar, I just wanted to come by and say o." Kareem just looked up at him then without saying a word went back to reading his book.![]()
Wow Matt Bonner getting camera time on TNT pre-show.
just in case they didn't welcome you b4... Welcome to the board![]()
