The problem with Manu is he can't turn the corner when they trap the PnR..which forces him to pass..and when they don't trap they go under forcing Manu to shoot the 3. Which he has done but just hasn't made em. Manus biggest flaw in his game is he doesn't have a mid range game. So it's either him shooting the 3, getting to the hole or make the pass...only way Manu had a good game is if he starts hitting the 3 ball. People are frustrated with his shot selection but these days it's all really he can do

Pop said, without Manu no ring

Manu is very rare, and I do not trust you and your physique does not allow you to play as before.

parker also think that the style of play that has at age 36 can not do what he does now is hit much.

I think also that clung Manu much of his new role on the team as second base instead of continuing with their style of play, I change a lot and I think it should return the Manu of the conference finals last year against ockahoma.

    regards

he can probably still be a spot up shooter for the spurs for a couple more years. but I really really don't understand how people can think he's worth much more than the vet minimum for the next 2 years.

As much as I hate to admit it, it certainly appears that Manu is done. He's played a lot of basketball in his career, taken a lot of punishment and has had a lot of injuries. It certainly seems as though this should be his last year. After these woeful performances, I can't see how he could conceivably want to play a couple more years.

All good things come to an end. There just comes a time in everyone's life when its time to move on. Even if ....................., Manu shoud move on. Other than sentimental reasons, he just will not be worth the salary he commands.

Manu is not 100% and i don't give a what anyone says. This dude did not go from classic Manu last May to this in one calendar year.

Doesn't help that our got bigs have never heard of DUNKING the ball over smaller defenders. If we could finish pick and rolls with dunks instead of soft bull maybe Miami will struggle with Manu a little more.

The step-back 3 isn't working. The wild passes aren't working.
He'd do us all a favor if he dialed back the hero ball.

the bad thing is that not only is manu not helping us, he is actually a detriment when he is out there. if he does not take the vet minimum next year he has to go. we need the cap space for player to surround the emerging players and TP with

Somebody needs to set peaks for Manu to get him going. Right now he’s being asked to do it by himself, while Green and Neal shoots more than supposed to…

Manu is my boy but he has been a huge detriment in this series and the most of the playoffs for that matter. I'm sure you can deal with his play during the regular season but he doesn't appear to be able to contribute in the playoffs.

Not for nothing but wade looked done before last night. Now I don't expect Manu to score 30 but he can still have big moments like big shot bob.

Word is out, anyone can block a Tiago shot.
Well the one excellent replay I saw of Tiago getting stripped under the basket was a BLATANT arm hack by Wade. Any time the ref is in doubt about an arm slap when a big gets a nice feed under the basket, they should call the foul. A reach in and/or hack are the most basic of foul calls that the Heat get away with all too often.

I don't know WTF is up with Manu's shot. Also notable was a team wide "lazy pass" syndrome that killed us on turnovers.

I'm not ready to toss dirt on him. Wade looked done the first three games and look what happened tonight.

Give Manu more isolations, get him out of pick-and-rolls, demand that he attacks early and often, and I think he'll bounce back in Game 5.
This. The whole series he looks like he's trying to do too much all at one time. He needs to take a deep breath, settle down, and the game will come to him.

In Game 3 he actually looked OK and had a couple cuts to the basket that ended up in dunks. He needs to stop settling for those stupid step back 3's that are way off. It's time for him to start taking it to the basket everytime and try and draw fouls or finish plays at the rim.

The assists, rebounds, FG% and 3pt% are atrocious. I'm not ready to give up on Manu yet. C'mon, time to redeem yourself. 2 more wins.

He's not 100%. I don't think he ever will be again. Credit him for what he's done for the spurs, but those days are over sadly.
