You seem impulsive and hyper emotional over small stuff. Wishing random players got cancer, changing schticks here all the time, chimping out over politics etc. If you act anywhere close to your online persona as you do in real life, I'd imagine you'd not be fun to work with.
In short, you act like a n!gger. En lement at ude, short fuse, always pointing the finger etc. It's funny but there are whites out there who laugh at the blacks when they go "Ooga booga whitey keepin us down by hirin only whites and shieeeeeet!" and then they'll turn around and chimp out themselves. "Ooga booga da joos be holdin us back by only hirin Indians and shieeeeet!"
My advice is to look at the Indians/Asians that you always make fun of and take a page out of their book. Come to America, don't know the language, have to find a job, endure racism, etc but yet they hunker down and succeed without blaming whitey. This is essentially why Black America can never get out of their own way. They always want to chimp out, riot, and destroy their own neighborhoods over small stuff instead of being the 'oak tree' that doesn't break in the storm. Even in Africa where whitey is gone and there's no perceived injustice, they're still killing each other in droves. Asians and Indians go through the same stuff but they suck it up and get done regardless of cir stances.

Think about being employed by a larger company the same way you'd think about small business ownership. You're providing goods or a service for which your customers pay you for. If the product is ty, you're going to make ty money. Same thing with any other job, you're being paid to provide a service. If the work is ty, or you "can't fit in", why would they continue to employ you? Nobody owes you .

Put Americans with degrees into these American corporate jobs, where they belong, which reduces the college-degree unemployment and underemployment rate to near zero. The maximum wage H1b foreigners should be paid if they're working here is minimum wage, until they can apply for citizenship in the 14 years. Citizenship tests need to be MUCH more challenging particularly with English grammar and diction, pronunciation and American idioms/jargon. Anybody can do math or science, but to be a true American citizen you must need to have completely adopted American custom and way of life. If a person fails the citizenship test, he/she must wait an additional 14 years to re-take it. Also, the marriage loophole must be eliminated. This will succeed in putting AMERICAN-born Americans back to work and in much, much better jobs on average.
Alternatively we can extend the lives of American dogs and cats by creating modern Auschwitz-like abattoirs of sorts and then feeding them meat from the bones of these foreign leeches instead of the toxic Purina.

Except that isn't what America was built on... the land of opportunity and all that. The fact of the matter is most immigrants are harder workers than Americans, and you want to limit their potential so you can continue to be a lazy, half-ass employee with less compe ion.
