    This is the precedent that the Repukes started during Kavanaugh's hearing - when they sprung MILLIONS of do ents -

    the night before Kavanaugh's hearing and when Dems protested -

    Republicans howled at the "gall" of Democrats trying to "OBSTRUCT"
