We can, and should send bullets, guns, AT weapons, SAM weapons, bandages, blood, plasma, food, MOUT training, et cetera.

We are sending the kinds of assistance that make the most difference the fastest, and have spurred our allies in NATO and the EU to do likewise.

The sanctions imposed thus far have neutralized Russias financial reserves that they expected to use to ride out milder sanctions, and put their economy in a free fall. Their stock market has had to remain closed for days. Their currency is worthless, and they are experiencing bank runs, and will have to close them to keep them from collapsing.

Their firms can't buy or sell things, we have isolated their military industrial complex form the things they need to function.

Their sovereign debt has been downgraded to junk status.

The Swiss have imposed financial sacctions. The Germans have started to provide lethal aid to a war zone, both unprecedented.

Ukraine is fighting for its existence. Their leader has done a rather remarkable job thus far.

As for accomplishments, Republicans are doing everything they can to prevent him from doing anything he would like to do, for the sole reason so that asshats like you can say "why isn't he doing anything". They don't give a about helping anyone, or doing their ing jobs.
