Yeah, my fiance and I always DVR shows we like to watch, we just hit pause when they start and wait for the memory to run out (I cant tolerate commercials).
We started watching and I seen Stan Lee in the credits, I rewound (is that a word?) it to see it again.
I was waiting the whole episode to see him, and hes a bus driver. Fitting analogy if you ask me.
I saw that too! My mom and I watch the show together. When I saw Stan Lee I started to laugh. My mom just looked at me with a blank look, then I realized...My mom doesn't know who Stan Lee is.I was like... o...Spiderman...she still had a blank look on her face and I thought I heard the crickets...

Dude!!!! That was a ing AWESOME episode - best of the season. I got more answers in that episode than I've ever gotten with Lost.

Damn I hate having to wait for the next episode. Did anyone noticed that when HRG recieved Claire from Hiro's dad,they were all ontop of the "Deveraux" building...I love how evrything is connected and intertwined.... the writers are F ing awesome...

Was Hiro "adopted?" Great episode. Love how we finally find out if HRG is good or bad, and he turns out to be a little of both. Nikki's story arc sucks, and if she doesn't tie into the bigger scheme of things pretty quick she needs to go.
Peter Petrelli is the bad guy, its obvious now.
He is also the baby that the Invisible Man was hiding.
His powers are only limited by the proximty exposure to others like him.

This last episode was a disappointment, Eric Roberts? Are you ing kidding me? WTF was that near the end when he snuck in the back door and said something completely lame like "I'm sorry too" and then shot Ted? What was the point?
Then they dragged that whole scene on where Ted was going nuclear way too long. Claire's dad and Parkman should have been cooked from the inside out, they were in there way too long and got way too close to him. Why didn't they just get out of the house and let Claire handle it from the get go? Lame.
At least they filled in some gaps with the flashbacks, we now know how the invisible man fits into it, and that Hiro's dad is involved, how the Haitian came about, and more about Claire's dad. This episode was only good for answering questions, IMO. The climactic scene toward the end was worthless.

I'm a hater? I love the show you jerkoff, that's why it was such a disappointment to me. The best episode was just followed by the worst, tremendously disappointing.
To each his own - but I think I just saw the best episode and it hasn't been followed yet.
Well I guess I'm in the minority. Are you a bunch of Eric Roberts fans? Dude seriously sucks bigtime. Can anyone honestly tell me that they thought the climactic scene at the end with Ted going nuclear was well done?
Eric Robert's character is obviously higher up than Claire's dad since he's his boss, so he had to be aware of Ted's ability, so it made no sense to shoot him because he had to know the possible danger in doing so. Just sneaks in the backdoor and says "I'm sorry too" and shoots him out of nowhere! Come on, that was lame. The whole scene was lame.
it wasn't my favorite episode, but it filled the gaps and was still entertaining. i would hardly call it a dissapointment though. next weeks epsidode, on the other hand, looks to trump the rest. can't wait.
I will agree with you that the Ted going Nuclear scene was drawn out and Eric Roberts' character just so happens to stroll in the back door... but the answers (and ultimately more questions) that are revealed are crazy!
The annoucer voice says "The final chapters" ....does that mean this show is only one season long?

That was kick ass. Peter is going to kill Sylar and absorb all his powers. Peter is one bad mother. I've been waiting for a showdown between Peter and Sylar but it might end up being pretty quick, I think Sylar is a pussy compared to Peter.
