but yeah you're right about the blocking/charging calls - i'm convinced that, unless they're blatantly in the restricted area, the refs just make sure half the calls go one way and half the calls go the other.
I bring up the FT's because I have heard nothing but complaining from Suns fans on how the Suns are getting jobbed and unfair treatment at the hands of the league office and the refs.
My point is that the officiating was terrible in Game 4. I'm not saying that it was the reason we lost but it sure helped you to win. You guys have gotten the better end of ty officiating in this series.. So, for Amare and Diaw to be suspended is just coming back around.
The Spurs don't make the rules and don't think that us losing Horry for 2 games isn't a big deal. He has 6 rings for a reason. He comes up big in big games.
Well, if you're going to not call it correctly, at least call it equally incorrectly
I just wish they'd quit calling the block every time in the restricted area. I've seen someone run headlong into someone who was standing in the same spot since the ball crossed half court and it was a block. According to the rules, that should be a no-call (though more likely than not it would fit under defensive 3 seconds as well).
Dude, be careful before you talk about the Black Jesus, he might hear you
Why was Bell so close to Robert Horry's elbow ? He charged at him as if he was actually going to do something. Horry didn't run at Bell with his Elbow. Bell. He's just a little -talker anyways. Of course, I'd take him on my team any day but that's besides the point.
bell was the one who started after the foul. had not stoudemire and diaw faced the automatic suspension i bet bell would've been out for game 5.
