There was no claim of fraud made in the affidavit, you've just proven you didn't even read it.
He clearly lays out the statistical anomalies and impossibilities and says in order to determine the cause of these anomalies he'd need access to the Dominion/Premier logs.

Your expert is commenting some guy named Dr. Makridis. The affidavit I linked is from Russell Ramsland from Allied Securities Operations Group. Without even having read Dr. Makridis claims I can tell from the rebuttal that they are not the same claims being pointed out by Ramsland. It is also clear your expert has not been given access the the Dominion/Premier logs.
Bummed you got the wrong guy...I would have liked to have read your same experts testimony on the irregularities and impossibilities Ramsland uncovered.

The expert testimony linked actually mentions a lot of the claims made have no evidence to back them up. And so they not need to be addressed.
Similarly, per your own admission, Ramsland doesn't claim fraud, and admits his claims are inconclusive without actual access to logs. His affidavit was also not entered as expert testimony either, AFAIK.
So let's see what the judge thinks of that.
