That's the Texas coast. sargassum weed drifts from Florida and what doesn't hang out at the grassline offshore makes its way in to the beaches. Not dirty, but the water is murky because it's shallow out to about 50 miles. Rough waves stir it up and the back bays are silty and muddy so they contribute as well. Great for redfish and trout.
