Hey hey I just came here to help out and get that LOTR sig.![]()

None.
Welcome to San Antonio Ga a the home of the San Antonio Spurs!
I try to offer help and this is the reaction, i have reviewed the crime statistics of Converse in the past and know that is fairly low except for those neighborhoods i mentioned.
Since you always talk about stuff you take part in(to spurgal on quality threads), i can not help but think you do live in a trailor, i apoligize for tying to help you feel at home, they do have new kb homes in converse that aren't trailors.
When I lived at Stone Oak Place we all got notes taped to our doors reminding us to lock them because some girl got raped in the parking lot. And remember last year when that guy hit up 3 different apartment complexes raping some girls over a span of a couple of weeks. I dont see what you got offended by she didnt say that San Antonio is as hateful and crime riddled as Gotham city, she just asked our expertise, as residents, as to where she could live to avoid certain things and where to get certain things. As far as the small town argument, my experience has been that small towns do have lower crime rates (i.e. when I lived in converse the only things we had to contend with were the COC gang).
Converse is in East SA not Northeast.
She needs to know!
Thanks Cupcake.![]()
thats a fine line, Roosevelt is more east than converse and in the NE school district, and my boi that used to live there tended to used both, but he sticks to NE so thats what i stick to as well.
Once again thanks for contributing useful information. If I need more I know how to contact you.![]()
Yeah, that shopuld totally make you stay clear from that place.
Also, since rapes, murders, home invasions, etc happen all over SA, you might wanna avoid San Antonio as well. Not to mention every damn city with a population of 20,000 or more.
You'll be safe with the 15 others in Harlingen.
converse is a hole. the walzem road/rittiman road area near Roosevelt hs is a hole. east sa where sam houston high school is a hole. a lot of sa is a hole. exceptions part of the northwest, stone oak and heights.
that is why she would feel at home in converse![]()
There's more than three areas of SA that aren't holes.
This just shows how little of SA you've seen.
Quit being a dumbass.
Also, far east SA isn't a hole. I have friends in the Foster Rd. area.
I'll tell you what is a hole.
Anything and everything having to do with screwed music and swishahouse.
Seriously, I'd chop off my ears instead of listen to that brain cell killing music.
foster road area is a hole
here we have a nice picture of the tower of americas from texas-real-estate-online.com, now i suggest you give credit to the person who took this picture before you go and post it on the N'Sync board
oh alright dude. whatever dude. your so rufis cuz of your friends off foster road. enjoy traveling to sunrise and candlewood. those holes are wonderful. and chances are if you really do know people that live over there, then they listen to swishahouse.
Why the does everyone keep refering to me as Buddy Holly?
That is lame.
This thread has to be the biggest collection of bad insults ever to reach six pages long.
I think BadlyDrawnBoy is just jealous that Ga a can get her own apartment and he still has to live with his mother.
we move to Sa from Victoria alomost 4 years ago , and wee worried about hte crime rates and crime ridden areas. And why not? We KNEW which areas of Victoria to avoid (basialy every area) but were totally unfamiliar with SA.. so we asked around. think you should to, and I'm glad to see you have.
Some people are ust so uber sensitive like this city is Fing gold or something.
We've lived in Leon Valley for 2 years and now the Med. Center for 2 years.. with no problems at all. So I can highly recomend thses 2 areas.
I have a cousin who lives in Windcrest.. but she says its more picky chosy over there.. things can change real quick form one street to another. She's lived ther for 8 years.
The farther Northwest you go, the more expensive apartments are going to get - especially around I-10 and 1604 because those are all new neighborhoods. I've lived at De Zavala and I-10 ( - De Zavala sucks when it comes to traffic ALL THE TIME) - I've also lived in the Medical Center (just moved out of there actually) - and the location was good, but most of those complexes are pretty old - and don't move to Montage at North Point (formally Shallow Creek), the management sucks. They're under "new management" and if you go they'll probably give you a song and dance abotu it, but bottom line, they suck, and the apartments are falling apart, even though they don't look like it.
I just moved near SAC, and the location is great (near all the major freeways) and you can get some great deals in houses/duplexes with more personality that actually have some structural intergrity. If you want my realator's information I can give it to you, she helped me find a really great guesthouse right across the street from San Antonio Academy, and it's been working out really well. Good luck!
Converse isn't a hole. It's just like living in a small town. Not at all a high crime area.
Roosevelt High School is on the Northeast side of town. Converse is East/Northeast. Parts of the Northeast have declined in the last 5-10 yeasr, but others have grown and prospered. The area around IH35 and 1604 is very nice and not overcrowded.
