Thanks John, is hard to see the Spurs cutting him since he will have like a three year guaranteed contract.

Sure but WTF is with people trying to kick guys off the roster in summer league? Also, I find it hard to think the Spurs would be able to trade a guy they don't want to give a million bucks to.

Such is life as a Spurs fan with all the DNP-CDs during the season thanks to Pop. So a summer league absence due to contract issues shouldn't bother anyone.

I don't think the Spurs would kick him out now, but mid-season, that's a different story... especially if they want to clear a roster spot.
