I knew that unless the Suns found a way to become a good defensive team with the run and gun offense, they wouldn't win with it. Since it's obvious now that bad defense, undisciplined actions and SSOL go together like spaghetti and meatballs, yes, SSOL will never win.

The reason Kori won't give them their own forum is cause they have too much dignity guzzle whatever the Spurs want them too like the Pistons fans do.

There is no specific fan base way more knowledgeable than any other.....there are dumb and smart fans for every team.

Fan bases are both smart and dumb...just like there are fat people and skinny people.
Stereotyping fan bases, just like stereotyping a race, may be funny but usually is untrue.
I generally find most of the fans posting (in the NBA section here) have a pretty good understanding of the game. Homerism gets in the way; but it's not due to a lack of knowledge.
It's unlikely that non Spurfans posting on a Spurs board would be just "casual" team followers.
well it's a spurs forum so there's more re ed spurs fans here . But i think the % of re ed is the same in every fanbases (not counting suns and rockets).
Other than Sook and The Franchise, Rocketfan does pretty much suck.

That every time the Spurs lose a game, it was either because of the refs, an injury, or if all else fails, "CIA Pop" intentionally lost it.
Partially true. There are some smart and dumb fans for every team, but there is certainly a pecking order. Some of the ratio's are wayyyy off. Laker fans should be smarter, but I would say 1 out of every 19 is smart. They are a seriously dumb fan base...with regards to basketball.
This has nothing to do with "domination" as some mention. Just simple fact. Suns fan base is not very knowledgeable at all, but there are some good Suns fans here.
There is not any more knowledgeable than the other, pffffft. That is like giving all the little kids a trophy, even when there are teams that dominate and others that should transition into music/theater.
