Yea, but what you dont seem to grasp is that there are different levels of dealing with a violation, a foul, a flagrant, a ejection, or in Kobes case, a well deserved suspension

No one is getting suspended, anyone knows that if you are playing bearhug defense, this is bound to happen. Besides it was an offensive foul against dirk anyway. In real time it looked like he took a swipe, but it's one of his normal moves.

On another note, Anyone going to the MLG in Dallas this year. I wanted to get a Halo team together, but I think all the space is sold out just to play. I could be wrong ,but if that's true, that sucks.

You asked for me, you got me. I'm not going to debate this but After seeing the clip I realize that I'm dealing with bias posters with no rational thinking. It's funny how we see two different things looking at the same picture. Dirk was in motion to shoot?? Dirk didn't attempt to shoot until contact was made in hopes of drawing a foul. That could easily be considered an intentional elbow, he swung his elbows 180 degrees. He wasn't even facing the basket at the time of elbow. He was elbowing on the dribble as well. Lebron was crowding Dirk and he did what any other player would do, use his elbows to create space. The same exact thing that Kobe did. Does this warrant a suspension? not in my opinion, but neither did Kobe.

Dallas has nothing to worry about because the Cavs organization has too much class to send a video tape to the league whinning. Dallas and S.A are the only organizations that does that.

I want to apologize for some of the name calling but not the stance that I took on the elbow. Even though I didn't see it yesterday, now that I have seen it, I stand by my statements.

When Kobe elbowed Manu. This was the reason given for the suspension.

It was also stated that whether it was intentional or not, it is a violation! I based my argument on this so called rule. I guess Kori just made that up. Or that must be one of those KOBE RULES! This is how I can be so animated that it was an infraction without seeing it.

I must say that I was impressed that Dirk even did that. He normally allows hisself to be bullied around. That showed heart, imo.
