It wasnt anything, it was as much a James flop as it was a Dirk elbow
I heard Dirk elbowed James in yesterday's game....I haven't watched it, and BSPN won't show the highlights of this unnatural move. Can anyone comment on this....or provide a youtube of the incident. Stu Jackson and I are trying to review this.....

So no suspension....just wondering...maybe it will be increased to a Flagrant 1, oh what am I talking about, nothing will happen it wasn't Kobe doing the harm.

No it wasn't when Lebron hit his head...I heard even the color guy comment on it....didn't see the game, still no Kobe...no suspension.
No, it was towards the end of the game, and Dirk had the ball on the wing, James got up in his , then Dirk swung his elbow around and looked to hit him in the face. But it didnt look intentional, and no there wont be a suspension

LeBron crowded Dirk on the wing and was basically inches away from his face. Dirk had the ball to his side and went to square up his body. As soon as he did, it appeared that Dirk hit LeBron in his face. It was not an unnatural move at all, and LeBron was giving no space for Dirk to bring the ball around. It was probably more of a flop than anything. It is not even remotely comparable to any of the elbows Kobe gave out.
Any hit over the shoulders into the face is deemed unnatural...regardless of being in his grill or not. Still, no consistany in the NBA.
Lebron stuck his face into Dirk's elbow knowing they needed a stop. So I say Lebron intentionally did it to take the charge knowing Dirk's move. The announcers were joking about it because of the Kobe suspension.
So there was an elbow....hmm...ok, I guess it's much to do about nothing.

Just trying to make a point....I'm not saying anything about Kobe's arms or elbow... I was commenting on the lack of consistant punishment deamed by the NBA. As a fan it's sad to see that they make mistakes and never admit they were wrong in the first place.

What Dirk did (unintentionally) was NOTHING like that crap that Kobe pulls. Get off it.

How can you judge if it was an accident. Shouldn't dirk like kobe have control of their body and appendages.....
When it happens three times in the same way it spretty obvious. Dirks happened in the natural flow of the game, Kobes came while flailing around like an idiot. I like Kobe and dont think he is a dirty player, but intentional or not, you cant be flailing your arms around like that
It wasn't a hard elbow. I don't even recall it being highlighted on Sportscenter but I could be wrong. Dirk definitely made contact but it wasn't anything hard.
