it does seem weird that suddenly, the ENTIRE team can't shoot
For open shots (like last night), sure, but a lot of it tonight is that they are taking poor shots. There is very little off the ball movement or passing, so they are playing a very one-out game. That is the sign of a tired team, as is the fact that they haven't closed out on the 3pt shooters.

I'm trying to work out what's wrong, because 5 games ago they were clicking on all fronts.
They were playing bad teams. I tried to tell people who got so excited about the victory over Dallas that that is no longer a valid measure against which to compare your team. The Spurs beat Golden State, Minnesota and Oklahoma City! Yippee.

Observation -- Hedo is a double digit scorer.

When Hedo's team is ahead by double digits, or behind by double digits, he's a scorer.

But for every bad game the Spurs have, they come back with 10 GREAT games as a whole, and us as a fan base of the Spurs have come to be really spoiled. We're not the damn Charlotte Bobcats or Oklahoma City Thunder.
And we can beat those teams!! Barely.

I'd start Hill/Money/Bruce/Matt/Tim in the second half, and ask he and Money to create.

Give TP a short burst mid-quarter and see if he has anything to offer. Rotate Manu in to rest money. Live or die.

Gotta love Chuck! Sad thing is he is right, most fans don't know sheeeit...

CWebb isn't bad on TV. I think I like him more than Magic...
CWebb is easily a much better TV personality than Magic.

If the Spurs don't break 60 they should get a 2 game suspension.

, Spurs should be tenured into the playoffs for the remainder of TD's career anyways.

He will score 20+ in the second half of tonight's game and the Spurs will win a fairly close game.

    That is all.

Right after they lost to Detroit by double digits. They had one good game in the month of December.

    ....and Orlando playing great defense.
they're playing pretty good d...but spurs have just stunk it up tonight with horrible shooting...they've missed a ton of wide-open ones...and they're just playing with no fire

I said 5 games ago - Atlanta, Dallas, GS, Denver. Two of those teams are good, one is average, one very poor.

The difference is they were passing crisply, cutting hard and locking down on D on crucial possessions.
