Made Shaq look tame.
I mean Gasol went straight up and Westbrook still found a way to get contact. How amazing is that?
Made Shaq look tame.
Memphis plays spurs ball better than the spurs do
Obviously, I remember what they looked like. They still weren't the first squad w/ 2 solid big men.
& Hubie swearin' up & down there was contact.![]()
If you believe in biased officiating, keep that thinking during the Lakers games.
So you're just going to ignore the refs cheating for the Spurs in Game 5?
And swept him and his partner in crime Kobe.
Memphis is looking very poised. I haven't seen them get out of sorts for more than one possession in a row.
During Lakers games no matter what they see if the free-throws for both teams is close it's a fair game.
Why not? They act like Donaghy gifting them a game against the Suns never happened.
Mama, there goes that got

I'd like to see what he does against a real frontline first. Remember Baron Davis turned into Michael Jordan against Dallas in 07, then back to his normal self against the Jazz.
I thought the glasses were overkill, but yeah.
Ibaka works for perimeter bigs like Odom and Dirk, but in the post he's toast with fatasses like Gasol and Zbo. There only hope is if Perk can somehow neutralize either Gasol or Zbo because he's the only one with girth to at least bother either one. Nazr and Ibaka are too skinny for Zbo and Pau's little fat brother.
Fisher foul on Barry, 2008 WCF. You have no room.![]()
That could be his and OKC's downfall. He has tunnel vision too much of the time he's on the court. Ibaka and Perk need to be fed inside. He'll get his points but for OKC to win, they need help from the role players
You've been on a tear bumping all the threads and melting down. I just wanted to push you a bit closer to the warm water and razor blade.
Ibaka, Perk and Mohammed are a good big-man lineup combination scrah. Let's just admit that Z-Bo is playing well for now.
Dug out the VHS of the '99 championship run a few weeks ago, hunted down a vhs player and then watched that for old time's sake.
It was crazy how good '99 DRob and Duncan were. Factor in Mario Elie's and Malik Rose's toughness, Elliott's defense and range from downtown, Jaren Jackson's Gary-neal-like shooting, Will Purdue's 7-foot competence and AJ's leadership.
That team was something else.
that's my whole point
Great tempo by the Grizz, they are playing as a team and their confidence is second to none right now as I said earlier. I love Zach Randolph's game.
Memphis winnin Game 1 y'all.
The 1999 Spurs were one of the greatest defensive teams of all time.
