Tony's jumper isn't the only thing off tonight. His passing has been atrocious. Actually, the entire team has had awful passing outside of Timmy.

Why do I feel much better about being down 3 against Orlando rather than being up double digits in Miami going into halftime?

    Terrible half.

And we had to resort to Hack-a-Howard to make up for our ty performance.

Superstar once-in a generation players who make millions upon millions of dollars but are too unmotivated and uncommited to learn how to make FREE POINTS on a consistent basis is what ruins the game.

I forgot this was such an early start. Wow, Howard with 13 boards at the half.

Hack-a-whoever is BS. They have to change the rule. It ruins the game.
I had no problem when Nelson used to do it to Bowen back in the day. If you can't make your free throws then tough .

Ugly half. Lockout basketball at its best.

If Pop doesn't make a point to give Splitter good minutes in the second half, he might need to stop drinking wine on game days.

Speaking of Pop, why is he running Parker into the ground in the first half? If he doesn't trust CJ for more than three minutes, he needs to go out and get another backup point guard.

I thought Green did great. I hope he doesn't go into brain fart mode in the 2nd half and gets some more burn...

Bonner player 6 minutes and gave us absolutely nada. Splitter in 11 mins rocked the boat. Free Tiago. Play him the entire second half along Tim and Blair. Who cares if anybody ends up tired today?

Oh, RJ didn't necessarily suck at shooting but only took 4 shots... and nothing else. Gotta step it up.

Surprised Kawhi has no boards. Although it's hard to rebound when Dwight is around.

Sadly, CJ isn't an NBA-level PG yet. He's slow with the ball, and just slow laterally in general. He's also a, poor NBA-level shooter. Basically, he just comes in, runs around, dribbles, then comes out.

Parker doesn't even look for Tiago on pick and rolls...disgusting....

Pop is so in stupid...when Tiago was beasting...he never once called a play for him and TP kept ignoring Tiago--even though he could score every time...and STILL Pop won't call a time out to get the ball inside...

Piss poor coach now...just a in s of himself...

    Please Pop...R-E-T-I-R-E N-O-W!!!!

It would be really nice if out 3 point shooters would wake up. 1/8 is unacceptable. Neal, Bonner... wake the up

Tiago-Tim-Kawhi-Manu/Green-Parker.. that starting lineup could easily make the Spurs top 5 defensive team in the NBA if they each played 30 minutes. Unfortunately its difficult to play that for extended stretches with Bonner and Blair as the only two other bigs.

Beating a dead horse.. but the Spurs seriously need to make a move or give Thomas some minutes. They are just spinning wheels playing Blair and Bonner against starters.. whatever good Tiago does on D.. it just gets undone by these two.

Blair's defensive rebounding early on was horrible. He needs to fix that early in the third.

For the Spurs to win they'll need a perimeter player to get hot. Neal, Jefferson, Bonner, someone.

I always said that CJ looked way too unathletic to play PG at the NBA level, or at least to warrant a 1st round draft pick coming out as a freshman...then we picked him up with the last spot.

He is a better shooter than he lets on, but IMO he puts an unnecessary amount of arc on his ball, so when he moves from college three to NBA three, that extra arc leaves him coming up too short.

He can probably end up making it as a poor man's eric snow, because he has the defensive tools to be solid.
His court vision is good, but like i said he isn't much of an athlete that today's PG's are

You don't think a perimeter player thawing out to room temperature would be enough to take this one?
